Session 2: Grounding Safety in the Body
On Day 1, you began breaking free from the mind–body stress loop through awareness.
Today, we take the next step — because until your body feels safe, true healing can’t begin.
Inside this workshop, you’ll discover how gut–heart–brain harmony restores deep trust in your nervous system, and you’ll experience a powerful ancient yogic practice to awaken your inner fire and feel grounded again.
Watch below and start restoring safety from the inside out:
Did you feel a shift?
The practice you just experienced isn’t just about calm — it grounds safety in your body to help your inner child feel the ease & assurance he or she has always needed.

Stay with me — the journey is just beginning!
Thank you, Aje. I continued this pranayama for a while and found that the breath seemed to naturally move from Manipuri chakra to the heart in the first stage and from there to the head, descending in the same way. The effect was calming and spacious.
Aje, thank you. This mudra calms me down in seconds, tremendously. Soooo good. I just didn't understand why the breath is divided. Could you write a sentence about it? Thanks!
Thank you so much, amazing practice
Wonderful lesson!! Loved it so much! Not only the feeling but also the words and thoughts! Many thanks Aje!
Thanks a lot, Aje! I love your workshops. The pranayama was insane! Looking forward to the next part :)
Thank you Aje 🙏🏿
Enjoying a long restful sleep just after the first mudra a few times a day. Feeling more grounded.
This second mudra (great child analogy) felt quite 'heady'. Is it normal to feel a little dizzy after the split prana?
A wonderful progression from the first workshop, thanks AJ. I felt very grounded with this breathing practice. Looking forward to the next session.
Thank you Aje. I felt a definite sense of being 'held' as I did the mudra practice and a pleasant sensation of warmth start in my arms and extend over my body. Wow - amazing!
