Session 3: Re-learning the Skill of Rest

On Day 1, you noticed the mind–body stress loop.

On Day 2, you learned how to ground yourself and create safety in your body.

Today, we take the next step — relearning one of the most vital yet forgotten skills: true rest.

Rest isn’t just lying down or sleeping more hours. It’s about teaching your nervous system to move naturally between activity and calm, to settle fully, and allow deep restoration to occur.

In this session, you’ll be guided through a practice that helps your body rediscover its natural rhythm, release tension, and settle into true rest.

✨ Press play below and start experiencing deep rest and renewal.

Nervous System Freedom | Day 3

How Do You Feel?

The practice you just experienced is designed to retrain your nervous system to function with its natural rhythm. It’s not just about slowing down — it’s about feeling your system begin to find balance from the inside out.

👉 Notice what’s happening in your body as you finish each separate practice (in the morning & evening)  — maybe you feel your energy rising, your body feels lighter or more settled. Perhaps your body feels heavier and a sense of deep rest is returning.

Wow! I'm very exhausted at the moment and used to think that sleeping a lot would help. Now I've understood it better - I or my nervous system is stuck in a state of low tension. Yes, and when I practised on the right side, I suddenly felt such a fine, clear, powerful force that I immediately identified with as if it were my own. Completely fresh and unclouded and natural - suddenly there. For weeks I had only felt a lack of strength. That touches me deeply!
